What does shipping cost and how fast does it arrive?
Orders over $150 ship free; for smaller orders your shipping cost is calculated at checkout — no surprises. Delivery is typically 2–3 business days to most of BC, Alberta and Ontario, with other regions close behind. Every order is packed frozen so it arrives in perfect condition, cold chain unbroken — and if anything arrives less than perfect, email customersupport@seafoodnaturally.com and we'll make it right.
Is the seafood fresh or frozen?
Both, in the best way. Our seafood is flash-frozen at the peak of the catch — often within minutes of leaving the water — which locks in flavour and texture better than "fresh" fish that's spent days on ice. You're getting seafood delivered at its peak, not its expiry.
Do I have to subscribe to buy?
No. Every order is a one-off purchase — buy fish online by the portion, fillet or pack, no subscription required. Prefer it on repeat? You can start a Standing Order for recurring delivery, but it's entirely optional.
