Packaging & Environmental Impact
Items are typically vacuum-sealed for freshness and food safety. We may also use a thin plastic liner to protect your delivery in transit. While not every element is plastic-free, we’re constantly working to reduce our environmental footprint without compromising product quality.
We combine sustainable shipping materials with practical performance. Your order is packed in a curbside-recyclable box, insulated with compostable foam, and sealed with water-based inks. It’s not perfect, but it’s purposeful, and we’re always improving.

Delivery & Shipping
We deliver across much of Canada—from major cities to small towns—everywhere we can maintain cold chain integrity. Our network spans Quebec, Ontario, the Prairies, and British Columbia, with more communities added regularly.

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Most orders arrive within 2 business days of shipping. Deliveries typically occur between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., but may arrive later depending on location.
We can't guarantee a specific time delivery time, but Picture Proof of Delivery (PPOD) is provided if no one is there to receive the delivery.
Please ensure your unit number and buzzer code are included. Deliveries will not be left in common areas.
For homes and townhouses, packages may be safely left at your door. For all others, we will attempt redelivery up to two times.
