About Us & Our Mission

We launched our online market to give home cooks access to the same premium, sustainably harvested seafood trusted by top chefs around the world. It’s our way of cutting out the middlemen and delivering ocean-perfect quality straight to your door.

Mostly from British Columbia, sustainably harvested or produced. When we offer imported products, they meet the same high standards—sustainable or Fair Trade certified.

We donate seafood to food security initiatives and support fisheries and habitat restoration projects.

Seafood Quality & Safety

Absolutely. We operate under the highest standards and are regulated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

Wild seafood is seasonal. We flash-freeze fish hours after catch to preserve peak texture, flavour, and nutrition. This is the standard for top chefs and ensures quality year-round.

Unless otherwise noted, it’s flash-frozen to maintain optimal quality. Shelf-stable products are the exception.

In insulated recyclable packaging with dry ice to ensure it arrives frozen and safe.

No. Because we fish sustainably, quantities are limited. Some items may show as "sold out" when inventory runs low.

Packaging & Environmental Impact

Items are typically vacuum-sealed for freshness and food safety. We may also use a thin plastic liner to protect your delivery in transit. While not every element is plastic-free, we’re constantly working to reduce our environmental footprint without compromising product quality.

We combine sustainable shipping materials with practical performance. Your order is packed in a curbside-recyclable box, insulated with compostable foam, and sealed with water-based inks. It’s not perfect, but it’s purposeful, and we’re always improving.

We calculate the perfect amount of dry ice to maintain temperature for the journey. Everything is packed to stay frozen until you retrieve it.

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across much of Canada—from major cities to small towns—everywhere we can maintain cold chain integrity. Our network spans Quebec, Ontario, the Prairies, and British Columbia, with more communities added regularly.

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 2 business days of shipping. Deliveries typically occur between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., but may arrive later depending on location.

We can't guarantee a specific time delivery time, but Picture Proof of Delivery (PPOD) is provided if no one is there to receive the delivery.

Please ensure your unit number and buzzer code are included. Deliveries will not be left in common areas.

For homes and townhouses, packages may be safely left at your door. For all others, we will attempt redelivery up to two times.

We offer free shipping for all orders.
