Also known as black cod—or more fittingly, butterfish—this deep-sea delicacy is the undisputed champion of luxury seafood. With its impossibly rich, buttery flavour and silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture, sablefish delivers a dining experience that rivals the finest cuts of wagyu beef. Its large, delicate flakes fall apart with the gentlest touch of a fork, revealing layers of clean, oceanic indulgence. 

Sourced from the deep, cold waters off the coast of British Columbia, our wild sablefish is harvested using longline or trap fishing—methods designed to protect the seabed and ensure long-term sustainability. These fish live at incredible depths of up to 1,500 metres, and their high fat content makes them one of the most omega-3-rich species in the ocean. Wild seafood is seasonal. We flash-freeze fish hours after catch to preserve peak texture, flavour, and nutrition. This is the standard for top chefs and ensures quality year-round.

You choose the day. We deliver Monday to Friday (Lower Mainland), and Tuesday to Friday in other regions. Use the delivery notes at checkout to specify your delivery location—doorstep, reception desk, or secure area.
