Our wild shrimp burgers are hand-formed from chopped, never ground, premium blue shrimp, harvested by artisanal fishers on pangas—small day-boats drifting with wind and tide through Mexico’s Sinaloa lagoons. Caught using the world’s most sustainable shrimping method, suripera nets have the lowest bycatch and carbon footprint per pound of any fishery on the planet.
Each patty contains just four clean, honest ingredients: wild shrimp, black pepper, garlic, and olive oil. No fillers. No chemicals. No gluten. Just pure shrimp flavour with a whisper of seasoning—deliciously simple, naturally satisfying, and a hit
How To Cook Blue Shrimp Burgers?
These shrimp burgers are as easy to cook as they are impossible to forget.
Thaw overnight in the fridge for best results—or let them sit at room temperature (sealed) for 10 minutes if cooking from frozen. Then, heat a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Cook 3 minutes per side from thawed, or 5 minutes per side from frozen, until golden and sizzling at the edges.
Serve on a toasted brioche bun, atop a crisp slaw, or naked with a squeeze of lemon. However you plate it, this is a burger that will make seafood lovers wonder why they ever settled for beef.
